Tokyo, 1995. La guerriera del videogames Sailor Venus viene rapita e catapultata a Beverly Hills, insieme al suo gattino Artemis. L'eroina dovrà farsi strada attraverso i colleges dai corridoi lucidi e puliti in California, pieni di cheerleaders viziate.

La collezione indaga in questi due mondi in cui, giacche letterman, seifukus, abiti sartoriali, canottiere da basket e abiti sottoveste sono i personaggi principali.

I tessuti giocano sul contrasto: neoprene e nylon tecnico su una mano, lana croccante e seta luminosa sull'altra. Il cattivo gusto gioca un ruolo importante: paillettes e ricami, ispirati alle maioliche olandesi vengono quindi trattati come tatuaggi tribali uniti a videogiochi dei primi anni 2000.

Inoltre le superfici sono rivestite in pelle appariscente, specchi lucidi e pellicce color pastello lavorate a mano. Gioco e provocazione. Il cattivo gusto diventa struttura.

Tokyo, 1995. The blondie 3D-videogames-warrior Sailor Venus is kidnapped and catapulted into Beverly Hills, side by side with her kitten Artemis. The heroin will have to make her way through the glossy colleges hallways in California, full of spoilt hairbrained cheerleaders bullying her. Which blonde-beauty will be the prom Queen? The collection investigates those two worlds where, letterman jackets, seifukus, sartorial suits, basketball tank-tops and slip dresses are the main characters.Fabrics play on contrast: technical neoprene and nylon on a hand, crunchy wool and glowing silk on the other one. Bad taste plays an important role: sequins and emboideries, inspired by Dutch Delft Ceramics are then treated as tribal tattoes and videogames from the early 2000's.Then surfaces are covered in flashy leather, shiny mirrors and hand-knitted pastel fur. Play and provocation. Bad taste becomes construction.
